Sales Associate Cindy Geitz has worked in real estate since she received her license in 1979. She worked part-time
selling real estate while working other jobs, and from 1981 to 1986 she and her husband, Bill, owned and operated
the Clipper Motel in North Wildwood. With Oceanside Realty for nearly two years, Cindy originally hails from West
Deptford and was named top salesperson of the month while working for a Realtor in Woodbury Heights.
Cindy’s real estate career has enabled her to meet wonderful and fascinating people. Her honesty and sincerity has
resulted in many referrals from past clients, who have learned that Cindy puts forth 110 percent for every
transaction. Quick to help, Cindy is known for volunteering for many activities and causes. A former Girl Scout
leader, Sunday school teacher and parent-teacher association member, Cindy and her husband of 34 years, Bill, have a

As one of our newest and youngest members of Oceanside, Jackie has been a licensed NJ Real Estate Agent since 2002. She is a native of North Wildwood graduating from Cape May Technical High School and attending Drexel University on a Soccer Scholarship.
She has been exposed to all facets of the Real Estate world from rentals, sales and closings. Through her experience, she has acquired knowledge of not only the Wildwoods but Stone Harbor, Avalon and Sea Isle as well.
Recently relocating back to the island from Washington D.C, Jackie provides extensive knowledge of title insurance to Oceanside’s clients. Her upbeat attitude and responsiveness allows her to maintain a high level of customer service. Jackie is committed to old fashion dedication and state of the art high tech tools to ensure our clients a worry-free real estate transaction. In addition to her Real Estate License, Jackie is a Notary of the Public and Licensed Settlement Agent.
Outside of work, Jackie enjoys the beach and rooting for the Phillies. She can also be found assisting her older bother and sister coaching Soccer and Basketball. Currently, Jackie resides in North Wildwood with her “baby” Dylan, a Chihuahua/Terrier Mix.

Heather is one of the newest additions to the Oceanside Team. Whether you are new to the market, thinking of moving up, or you’re an experience investor Heather is here to assist you in certain aspects of your real estate experience. While maintaining a positive and professional attitude Heather’s goal is to make all clients and prospective clients feel like family.
Heather was born in Philadelphia and grew up in the Cape May Court House Area. She attended Cape May County Technical High School. While attending high school she majored in Hotel and Motel Management. After graduating she pursued a career in the Hospitality field. She has successfully managed and overseen operations of some of the finest Bed and Breakfast in Cape May. She is well known for being an Innkeeper for one of Cape May Select Registry Inns. Her passion for Victorian lifestyle, architecture and history lead her to volunteer in her free time for the Mid Atlantic Center for the Arts. She also spent time working as a Customer Service Representative for Marriot. While working for Marriot she decided that she wanted to take her career in a different direction. She found that the excitement of the ever growing real estate market at the Jersey shore was just the change she needed. Spending a total of 7 years in the hospitality field Heather has a great understanding of the importance of customer service and customer satisfaction. Her ultimate goal is to uphold and carry out the Oceanside motto of "Building Clients for Life".

"Barnacle" Bill Laffey is the guy to see. Bill joined Oceanside Realty in 2003 as a sales associate after retiring
from a 30-year career with the U.S. Postal Service’s Wildwood office. No stranger to the real estate industry,
Bill has had a real estate license for more than 20 years. He has owned and operated four apartment complexes and
from 1998 to 2002 he owned and operated Barnacle Bill’s Ice Cream Parlor in North Wildwood. Bill’s primary activities
at Oceanside Realty’s North Wildwood office is prospecting – obtaining listings and selling properties.
A lifelong area resident, Bill is a graduate of St. Ann Regional School and a 1972 graduate of Wildwood Catholic High
School. He’s a sports buff and a true community guy. Bill has volunteered as a manager for Greater Wildwood Little
League baseball and currently serves as a coach for one of the league’s teams. He is a life member of the New Jersey
State Firemen’s Association and former volunteer and officer with the Wildwood Crest Volunteer Fire Department. He
is a member of the Knights of Columbus of North Wildwood.
Raised in North Wildwood, Bill now lives in Wildwood Crest with his wife of 24 years, Iona, a teacher at Wildwood

If you want to know about the Wildwoods, Buddy Tarbotton is the man to ask. A lifelong resident of Cape May County,
Buddy has spent 40 of his years living in the Wildwoods. Everybody knows Buddy. A 1979 graduate of Wildwood Catholic
High School, Buddy also attended Atlantic Community College and the former Glassboro State College, now Rowan
University. Buddy began serving the community at age 12 when he joined North Wildwood's Emergency Management Team.
Buddy is best known, however, for his involvement with coaching and refereeing youth sports. Since 1980 Buddy has
been coaching young people in various athletic endeavors. He has coached Little League, grammar school teams, high
school teams and on the college level. Now known as the "real estate coach," Buddy is truly a team player and leader.
His coaching experiences led Buddy to officiating games and he is a member of many referee and umpire organizations
and associations. He has worked in the field of recreation for nearly 20 years and has been involved with selling
real estate since 2002. He holds membership in the National Association of Realtors, the New Jersey Association of
Realtors and the Cape May County Association of Realtors. From new construction to rentals, Buddy specializes in

Howard “Chip” Watson III has been coming to the Jersey Shore since he was a small boy. Spending his summers in Stone Harbor at his Grandparents house, he has seen the changes that have evolved on all of the islands. He currently lives in Wildwood Crest with wife Helen-Ann, son Maximus, and new daughter Halle.
Chip understands real estate investing. His personal investing experience began in his mid-twenties. He owns commercial rental property, seasonal and year round residential rental properties. He has developed raw land into single family homes and has personally flipped a few equitable title interests.
Chip’s professional experience includes extensive knowledge of real estate development. From negotiating the initial land acquisition, demolition, new construction, marketing, and out sales of the new project, he has assisted many developers, both large and small through this process. Chip possesses extensive knowledge of various financing vehicles available to the real estate investor and has personal experience dealing with 1031 tax deferred exchanges.
He has a very realistic vision of the Wildwood’s real estate market. He recognizes that purchasing an investment property or second home can be a big step and a very emotional decision for many people. Kathleen Chiolo

Kathleen joined Oceanside Realty officially in 2004 as Director of Marketing. Prior to joining Oceanside, she spent 17 years in sales and marketing in the high technology field. Kathleen’s most recent position was as Manager of Channel Operations for Cisco Systems based in San Jose, CA. The 7 years that she was with Cisco Systems, Kathleen received many sales awards such as Top Region of the Year, Vendor of the Year, and Top Vendor Representative of the Year.
Kathleen’s responsibilities were to grow sales through effective marketing programs and inventory management. She was the responsible for communications between her customer and Cisco corporate and all field sales. The Cisco business grew at her customer from 10 million annually to over 400 million dollars a year.
Kathleen’s talent truly lies in getting people in different organizations to work together towards a common goal to mutually benefit all parties involved.
Kathleen grew up in Warminster, Pennsylvania and graduated as a member of the National Honor Society from William Tennent High School. She received a bachelor’s of science degree from Drexel University in 1986.
Although Kathleen has only been at Oceanside Realty several years, real estate is not new to her. Being married to Broker/Owner Paul Chiolo since 1994, she has been exposed to the business for a long time. She has spent the last several years designing and building with husband Paul their dream home on the bay in Wildwood Crest. They both reside there today with their two sons Anthony and Michael. Most of their free time is spend with their boys traveling, going to the beach, water activities and attending all of the boys sporting events.

Lisa is a native of Wildwood, the youngest member of the Lauriello’s, one of Wildwood’s larger resident families emigrating from Philadelphia in 1950. She has an extensive knowledge of the area and its’ ongoing renaissance. Lisa attended Wildwood High School and spent much of her life working on the island. She has an extensive background in vacation rentals and uses her expertise to please both homeowner and vacationer in all aspects of the rental process. As a former Broker’s Assistant, Lisa is also sensitive to the needs of the new homeowner and is always willing to help. She is extremely delighted to be a member of Oceanside Realty, and especially proud to be the Manager of such a cutting edge rental website.
Lisa presently resides in Cape May Court House with her husband Joe of 30 years. They are the proud parents of two children, Joseph, a graduate of Salisbury University, and Alyssa, a graduate of the University of Delaware. Lisa’s community service includes volunteer work for the American Heart Association, Out of the Darkness and the Light the Night Walk.

Ruth is Oceanside's Closings Manager and her primary responsibility is to
ensure that each and every transaction that comes from Oceanside Realty's
sales department goes as smoothly as possible.
A certified paralegal, Ruth has spent 23 years in the real estate industry,
the past two of them with Team Oceanside. Ruth is originally from Philadelphia
and has lived in Cape May Court House for the past seven years. A graduate of
both the University of Pennsylvania and Georgetown University's paralegal
program, Ruth spent several years as a teacher, as a newspaper reporter and
photographer, and as a paralegal. She earned real estate licenses in Maryland
and Virginia and after moving back to the Delaware Valley in 1998, obtained
her New Jersey Real Estate license.

Mike Webb is a long time resident of southern Cape May County. He enjoys both the hectic tourist season as well as the quiet off season. A graduate of Rider University, Mike has 30 years experience in the field of financial accounting. He has worked in a variety of industries including Manufacturing, Hospitality and most recently, the Real Estate industry. Mike lives in North Cape May with his wife Madeline and their two sons, Bill and Phil who are currently attending Atlantic Cape Community College.
